Recently, Jiangsu Galaxy Steel Pole Co., Ltd. has smoothly finished the production, quality inspection and full bulk shipment of the 800-ton SPD-series power transmission steel pole project for Pakistan. Drawing on mature experience in delivering overseas projects, digital intelligent manufacturing production lines and a full-process quality control system, Galaxy Steel Pole has efficiently overcome technical barriers for South Asian power grid adaptation. Load verification was completed via professional tower design software to strengthen the pole’s resistance to sandstorm deformation. Meanwhile, unified standardized interfaces reduce on-site installation difficulty, adapting to power line laying scenarios across villages, suburbs and other areas in Pakistan. All finished products go through four quality inspection procedures: raw material re-inspection, semi-finished product flaw detection, finished product load sampling inspection, achieving zero-defect delivery upon factory dispatch.
